Professor Weber: Many companies now allow employees to work from home some or all of the time. Do you think working from home is better or worse than working in an office? Why?

Student (Aisha): I think working from home is better. It saves commuting time, reduces stress, and lets people focus without office distractions. For example, without a daily commute, I have more time to exercise in the morning and start work feeling more energized.

Student (Tomás): I see the appeal, but I think the office is better for teamwork. It's easier to solve problems face to face, and people can feel isolated working alone at home. For example, my last group project moved much faster once we could sketch ideas together on a whiteboard instead of explaining them over video calls.
