Tu información

Lo que sabes y lo que necesitas

Where you are

You are the named leaseholder of a two-bedroom apartment. Your roommate says a cousin needs to stay for six weeks during an internship.

You want

You want to support a reasonable visit without violating the lease, losing privacy or transferring hidden costs to the household.

You can't

  • Approve six unregistered weeks.
  • Give the guest a building access card or copy of the apartment key.
  • Accept a plan with no contribution, quiet hours or final move-out date.

Only you know

  • The lease allows guests for fourteen nights unless management registers a temporary occupant.
  • Temporary registration requires identity documents, a 90,000-peso fee and landlord approval.
  • The landlord has approved one temporary occupant before when the stay was thirty days or less.

If you finish with nothing

The cousin arrives without a valid plan, and you carry the lease risk while the household absorbs six weeks of extra use.

Cuándo terminar

Closing criterion

Close when both people record the same eight details:

  1. The registered apartment dates, maximum 30 days.
  2. The documents and approval owners.
  3. The 90,000-peso registration fee.
  4. The 210,000-peso household contribution.
  5. Quiet hours, cleaning and kitchen expectations.
  6. The no-card/no-key access method.
  7. The hostel dates and deposit deadline.
  8. The final apartment move-out date.
Success: You do not approve an unlawful six-week stay or hidden access. You offer the registration route, protect privacy and costs, and record where every night occurs with a final move-out date.

Después de hablar

Conversen sobre cómo les fue
