Firm and specific. The permitted street fair is this Saturday. You start. About 10 turns · 9 minutes.

Your screen only. Don't show it. Use measured impacts and ask for enforceable changes; do not claim to speak for residents who did not respond.

Tu información

Lo que sabes y lo que necesitas

Where you are

You represent twelve households facing the fair’s music stage. Last year amplified music continued until midnight and cleanup lasted past 1:00 a.m.

You want

You want amplified music to end at 10:00 p.m. and all noisy loading moved away from the residential entrance.

You can't

  • Demand cancellation of the permitted daytime fair.
  • Claim that all forty households oppose the event.
  • Accept a phone number as the only noise-control measure.

Only you know

  • Nine of the twelve responding households support a 10:00 p.m. music cutoff; three prefer 11:00.
  • A resident records remote medical consultations from 8:00 to 10:00 p.m.
  • The east loading gate is beside bedrooms, while the market-side gate has no homes directly opposite it.

If you finish with nothing

Residents face the same late music and loading pattern, with no measured limit, contact response or written record for review.

Cuándo terminar

Closing criterion

Close without agreement on the cutoff when both people record:

  1. The resident positions: 10:00 and 11:00 p.m.
  2. The organizer position: band 11:15, all music 11:30.
  3. The new legal maximum of 11:30.
  4. Speaker direction and loading gate after 7:00.
  5. Sound-reading times and locations.
  6. Resident-line owner and ten-minute response.
  7. The written post-event review and unresolved cutoff.
Success: You accurately represent twelve responses, move loading and obtain sound and response records. You do not call an 11:30 or midnight music plan a resident agreement; the disputed times remain written.

Después de hablar

Conversen sobre cómo les fue
