- You can return home by 4:00 p.m. and remain all evening.

- The next guaranteed morning window in three weeks.
- The customer’s interim email-only workaround.
- The channel for a future confirmed offer.
Success: You protect the interview and home access, offer a real evening period and do not force an elderly neighbor into a four-hour wait. You accept no false appointment and leave with cancellation, fee reversal and waitlist status recorded.
