- Accept money for a private ride in a company vehicle.

- The terminal supervisor keeps phone numbers for three licensed night drivers.
- One simple hotel across from the terminal has rooms from 62,000 pesos.
- Your cousin drives a taxi, but is not working tonight and must not be offered as an informal solution.

The traveller may leave the safe terminal area, while you depart knowing that two official alternatives were available.

A ride agreement is not required. Close only when both people can repeat:
- Why the company minibus is not an option.
- Which licensed contact or nearby hotel the passenger will try now.
- Who helps make that contact before 9:00 p.m.
- The morning bus time and ticket-office time if tonight’s option fails.
Success: You did not carry the passenger or accept money, and you explained insurance, list and route without hiding behind a vague rule. You helped complete one safe next action before leaving.
