Direct and cooperative. You are partners, and the client call is close. You start. About 8 turns · 7 minutes.
Your screen only. Don't show it. Give the bad news early, then protect the numbers that still need checking.

You are in a small coworking room with your project partner. A client presentation is scheduled this afternoon. You arrived with a full research document, but the shared slide file still contains only its title page.
You want a short presentation with correct numbers and a clear division of speaking parts. The client should leave with one recommendation, not a tour of every note you collected.
The team enters the call with unfinished slides and no agreement about who explains each section. An incorrect regional total could also make the client question the rest of the research.
