Where you are
You are meeting your project partner in a coworking room. Your laptop has the presentation template and budget notes. You expected final text this morning and reserved the last hour for design and practice.
Escenario 7 · Rol B
You can build fast if the content is clear
Direct and cooperative. You are equal partners under time pressure. They start. About 8 turns · 7 minutes.
Your screen only. Don't show it. Ask for priorities before opening the design file.
Tu información
You are meeting your project partner in a coworking room. Your laptop has the presentation template and budget notes. You expected final text this morning and reserved the last hour for design and practice.
You want a presentable deck with a simple story and enough time to practice your budget explanation. A plain four-slide deck is acceptable; a beautiful deck that neither person can present is not.
You will improvise from a spreadsheet, and the client may think the team has no clear recommendation. You may also spend the call correcting each other instead of answering questions.

Cuándo terminar
Stop planning when both people say the same version of these five facts:
Can you take, I can present y I can’t build expresan reparto posible y límites de capacidad bajo presión.
Which point does the client need y do we have permiten priorizar contenido antes de diseñar.
