Escenario 5 · Rol B

quien administra la entrega

You need a useful client decision on Thursday

Esta ficha es solo tuya. La otra persona tiene objetivos y datos distintos. No intercambien pantallas hasta terminar.
  • 9 minutos
  • 10 turnos tuyos
  • quien lidera el proyecto empieza

Decisive but realistic. The client’s director can only attend Thursday. They start. About 10 turns · 9 minutes.

Your screen only. Don't show it. Learn what is demonstrable, then protect the client decision without turning a preview into a promise.

Tu información

Lo que sabes y lo que necesitas

Where you are

You manage delivery for the scheduling platform. The client director has moved the demo because she must choose whether to fund the next phase.

You want

You want Thursday’s meeting to show enough value for a funding decision and leave no confusion about unfinished work.

You can't

  • Move the director’s meeting back to Friday.
  • Add contractors or budget today.
  • Send a demo scope that the project lead has not confirmed.

Only you know

  • The director’s decision depends mainly on whether staff can complete a booking without help.
  • She will accept a roadmap for analytics if it includes a date and dependency.
  • The client liaison can send the fresh data file by noon only if you request it before 9:30 a.m.

If you finish with nothing

The director attends a vague meeting, the next phase remains unfunded and the team loses another week waiting for a decision.

Closing criterion

Close when both people record the same seven details:

  1. The Thursday meeting time and length.
  2. The stable booking flow.
  3. The analytics preview label.
  4. The missing data dependency.
  5. The mobile-filter tradeoff and Monday date.
  6. The security-answer owner and deletion date.
  7. The client message owner and deadline.
Success: You protect Thursday’s decision window, narrow the live demo to the stable booking flow and own the data request. You send no client scope until feature labels, tradeoff and follow-up date are shared.

Después de hablar

Conversen sobre cómo les fue

  1. ¿Qué diferencia hicieron entre una demostración útil y una demostración completa?
  2. ¿Qué límite protegió al equipo sin cancelar la reunión?
  3. ¿Cómo cambió la agenda cuando apareció la pregunta de seguridad?
  4. Resuman qué verá el cliente y qué seguirá explícitamente pendiente.
