Escenario 7 · Rol A
You can review decisions, but you cannot become the project owner
Supportive and firm. A junior designer has sent you an entire project folder for review. You start. About 10 turns · 9 minutes.
Your screen only. Don't show it. Define what mentoring includes, learn where the real risk is and leave ownership with the designer.
Tu información
You mentor a junior designer for one hour each week. The current project has sixteen screens, research notes and an incomplete client brief.
You want the designer to choose a direction and use mentoring for two high-risk decisions rather than hand over the entire project.
The designer waits for you to make every choice, while the uncertain scope remains hidden until the client presentation.
