- Tent-anchor, wind and power checks.
- Normal, reduced and canceled formats.
- The 8:15 tent-hold deadline.
- Message sender, vendor confirmation owner and 58-contact list.
- The fact that no final event status exists tonight.
Success: You define weather source, thresholds, decision time and message owner, while keeping volunteers home until notified. You do not announce go, delay or cancel before the morning evidence.
