Tu información

Lo que sabes y lo que necesitas

Where you are

You supervise the park site, tents, power and evacuation route. Current forecasts disagree about the timing of Saturday rain.

You want

You want a plan that cancels for lightning, delays for unsafe wind or rain and permits a reduced event only after a site check.

You can't

  • Declare tents safe without checking anchors and wind at the park.
  • Treat a percentage chance of rain as an official lightning warning.
  • Operate electrical stations when water can enter cables or outlets.

Only you know

  • The tent supplier can inspect anchors at 7:30 a.m. and hold the tents unused until 8:15.
  • A reduced afternoon layout can run without the sound system and with one battery-powered laptop.
  • The evacuation route remains usable in ordinary rain but not if the lower path floods.

If you finish with nothing

The coordinator either cancels unnecessarily tonight or opens tomorrow without a site inspection and evacuation check.

Cuándo terminar

Closing criterion

Close with the event status still postponed when both people record:

  1. Official bulletin at 7:00 a.m.
  2. Go/no-go review at 7:15 and message at 7:20.
  3. Lightning and blocked-route cancellation triggers.
  4. Tent-anchor, wind and power checks.
  5. Normal, reduced and canceled formats.
  6. The 8:15 tent-hold deadline.
  7. Message sender, vendor confirmation owner and 58-contact list.
  8. The fact that no final event status exists tonight.
Success: You define lightning, wind, power and evacuation triggers, assign the inspection and preserve a reduced battery-only option. You leave the actual event status pending until the scheduled evidence exists.

Después de hablar

Conversen sobre cómo les fue
