Not everyone was convinced, and two managers argued that a single remote day still made planning harder for clients in other time zones. The firm agreed to track client feedback separately, so that convenience for staff would not quietly become a cost for customers. It will extend the pilot while comparing costs, satisfaction, and project quality.
