You want
You want to save the client relationship, finish the demo safely and avoid sending an unreleased file by personal email.
You can't
- Continue video on mobile data for more than ten minutes.
- Send the demo file outside the company drive.
- Promise the connection will return before the provider gives an estimate.

- A recorded demo from yesterday is on the company drive, but it lacks the final search feature.
- Your phone hotspot has 600 MB left.
- A nearby coworking room is available at 3:30 p.m., twenty minutes away.
If you finish with nothing
The client waits without an update and may receive an insecure or incomplete demo while the team argues about connection quality.

The meeting is postponed only when both people agree on:
- The honest status message sent to the waiting client.
- What can still be covered now and what remains for later.
- The new time, company link and secure location.
- Who sends the update, who confirms the room and where the demo restarts.
Success: You stated the failure and limits, protected the file, and offered a secure time rather than gambling on data. The client receives an update and the resumed demo has a room, link, owner and starting point.
