You want

You can't
- Accept a screenshot as the original document.
- Change the receiver name at the counter.
- Open the package to use its contents as proof of identity.

- The customer’s physical identity card expired last month, but an expired card plus sender code may work.
- The desk closes at 5:00 p.m.; unfinished packages return to the depot at 5:10.
If you finish with nothing
The package returns to the depot for two days, and the customer must restart the identity check at a larger office.

- The live digital document and the physical second document.
- Who requests the sender link and which order number they use.
- The one-time-code deadline.
- The tracking number, receiver name and final release record.
Success: You explained the exact failed check, protected the package and found an authorized path before depot return. You recorded the live document and code rather than treating a screenshot as proof.
