You can't
- Show the new physical identity card; it is still being produced.
- Ask the sender to change the receiver name; the sender is a national store, not a friend.
- Return on Thursday because the photography job is Wednesday at 8:00 a.m.
Only you know
- Your official driving-licence app works when you log in, but you first showed a screenshot to save time.
- You carry the expired identity card and the police theft report.
- The store order page on your phone can request help from the sender’s delivery team.
If you finish with nothing
You must rent replacement equipment for 180,000 pesos or lose the photography job.

Do not hand over the package until both people confirm:
- The live digital document and the physical second document.
- Who requests the sender link and which order number they use.
- The one-time-code deadline.
- The tracking number, receiver name and final release record.
Success: You replaced the screenshot with the live app, explained the stolen wallet and asked for an authorized process. You did not demand an unnamed exception. The package leaves only after both people confirm the evidence set.
