Escenario 18 · Rol B

quien controla el presupuesto

The shared budget cannot cover the rooftop

Esta ficha es solo tuya. La otra persona tiene objetivos y datos distintos. No intercambien pantallas hasta terminar.
  • 7 minutos
  • 8 turnos tuyos
  • quien encontró el lugar empieza

Firm and fair. You control the shared account, not the other person’s preferences. They start. About 8 turns · 7 minutes.

Your screen only. Don't show it. Ask for the full quote and keep your private reserve out of the party.

Tu información

Lo que sabes y lo que necesitas

Where you are

You are reviewing a party budget with a friend. You collected the shared money and expected a total close to the original estimate.

You want

You want a party for thirty guests that stays within the shared budget and does not create debt for either friend.

You can't

  • Authorize more than 1,300,000 pesos from the shared account.
  • Use your emergency savings for a party.
  • Approve any venue before seeing every required cost in writing.

Only you know

  • The shared account contains 1,300,000 pesos, including contributions from both friends.
  • You can add 200,000 personally only if the event finishes by 10:00 p.m.
  • You already checked the free building room and it is available for the exact date.

If you finish with nothing

The rooftop deadline may force a rushed deposit, or the guest invitation goes out with a location nobody can afford.

Cuándo terminar

Closing criterion

A venue agreement is not required. Close only when both people can repeat:

  1. The maximum shared budget and what money is outside it.
  2. Why the rooftop deposit will or will not be paid tonight.
  3. What happens to the food automatic payment.
  4. Who releases the rooftop and when the guests receive a confirmed new plan.
Success: You protected the shared account and emergency savings, asked for the breakdown and refused a rushed deposit. You did not promise the building room. Both people know the budget ceiling and immediate cancellation task.

Conversen sobre cómo les fue
